I think that would be a great idea for applicants who want to be members of parole boards. You the job if you have a basement apartment in your house that you will only make available to parolees. The taxpayer is willing to pay you 'market rent' plus ten percent.

It appears to be the only real fu***ing solution if the law won't stipulate that his behavior and meds-maintenance is not constantly supervised.
