The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Don't know what amazes me the most. The stupidity/gullibility of the protesters; the parasitism of the enviro-ticks continuing unchecked; the dull, ovine acceptance of the state of affairs by the public; or the corporations contributing to their own demise by cow-towing to the greenies.
We need ASAP the Northern Gateway pipeline to be built to get Bakken crude to global markets. P*ss on the despots in the Middle East funding the enviro-wackos...who are oh so happy to suck up the money in their new found religion...and it IS a religion with them.
There are probably dozens of things our Government should have done and could be doing. We still have our very own federal government websites for cripes sake going on and on about the "reality" of climate change and the absolute necessity (and government commitment) to do something about it.
So here is Harper on the one hand saying AGW is upon us, and on the other hand saying we need to get this oil pipeline done.
