The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
This is worse than ridiculous. It ranks right up there with that story about the kid who drew a picture of her dad with a gun and ended up being arrested because the school and the cops went all stupid. A complete and utter lack of common sense. Nobody with enough brains to say, "now let's hold on a minute here..."
Same kind of idiocy happened down in High River. The cops just got into some kind of a feeding frenzy and common sense went out the window.
Jeepers. I though DC was in the US of A! This kind of stupidity sounds very British.
