Morton is a huge disappointment. He really screwed rural Alberta with his stewardship crap. He went ahead with it knowing full well that there was huge opposition to it in the countryside, leaving everyone to believe he must have got a lot of "thanks" from the resource industries who would have viewed individual property rights as an obstacle.
