THREATS OF INSURRECTION


...interim police chief, Ruben Santiago, justified the acquisition saying that the MRAP "will be a barrier between the public and a hostile person or situation such as a barricaded suspect with weapons who may be threatening someone's life." We are quickly redefining what a rational response to a security threat looks like.
Yup, that's for sure. Well, unless you're deemed special.

  1. Hey, do you think the pentagon might give a couple of those things to the OPP who can keep them stationed near the reserves?

    1. Nope. The pentagon would (rightly) doubt the OPP's ability to prevent the taking and burning of the MRAPs by the "warriors".

      I kind of think they must "donate" those vehicles. Must be a tax right-off or something for a cultural thing. You know, the modern equivalent of wagons. Hey Yuh! Hey Yuh! Hey Yuh!....
