The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
So they know that there's a chunk of Africa there by the magnetic anomalies. Considering the economics that are coming out of DC I'm betting it's a chunk of Liberia or Sierra Leon or Zimbabwe, and it's exerting one hell of a pull. They'll probably find another chunk underneath the GTA.
