GERMANY AGREES TO RE-SELL RUSSIAN NATURAL GAS TO UKRAINE
This deal means that instead of Ukraine paying Gazprom (which it can't) it will now be up to Germany's taxpayers to foot the bill for Ukraine natural gas supply.
