TRANSFORMING THE ONTARIO PCs

Here comes the flood of recommendations for "how to fix the PC brand in Ontario and stop losing elections":
Hugh Segal says "Hudak’s downfall was abandoning traditional Ontario conservatism" (ummm, I think he meant socialism)
Meanwhile Bill Kingston thinks that to win an election, PC candidates should "not tell the public the truth"
So, to form a "conservative" government (shrink bureaucracy, pay down debt, spend less money, clean up corruption, repeal destructive statutes, etc.), the PCs should think/act more like Ontario Liberals.
(insert head shake here)
Well, Hudak's caucus is revolting, figuratively and literally, so time will tell...

  1. Look, the bottom line is this: you could put Christ Himself at the helm of any Ontario Party, and if he wasn't promising perpetual Heaven and instant salvation they'd throw rocks at Him.

    1. I'm a couple of thousand miles away from the GTA (Thank God) but I think you're right wineguy. A month or so ago someone made the comment that it is just math: takers>producers.
