The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
If we were talking about a fiscally responsible President, we could attribute the non-interventionist strategy to that. But we're talking about a guy who holds a record for spending (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2012/06/18/The-Biggest-Spender-Obama-Has-Spent-More-Money-Than-Anyone-In-History-of-World ), so it can't be that. Perhaps his time for reflection out on the golf course has provided him with greater insight into the love-thy-neighbour teachings of the Koran. Or, maybe he's simply incompetent.
He doesn't love anyone except himself. But he's chicken enough to think that by being soft on terrorists he doesn't have to worry about being in their sights.
