The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
I think he's just a meathead. All pose and no power. Too stupid to realize whats going on around him. Peter Sellers played the part of a dummy who everybody thought was smart and I can't remember the movie. But in the movie at least the dumb guy didn't think he was smart.
Can't figure out if the guy is plain stupid or plain chicken.
