  1. What a classy guy he was. An incredible work ethic, wonderful skills, and he played the game the way it is supposed to be played - hard and clean. Almost enough to make me cheer for the Habs....well, okay, maybe not "almost".

      A total opposite to his team mate Ferguson because just about everything that is sneaky, dirty, and unsportsmnlike in the NHL can be traced back to him.

    2. Interesting that you should say that wineguy. I've done a bunch of business in Western Quebec and I can give you two lists of names - one list for each type of man. Curious how a distinct culture can produce both crooked mealy-mouthed weasels as well as hard-working, honest gentlemen, eh? A question for the ages.
