CONTACTING THE CANADA REVENUE AGENCY

The CRA says busy signals actually save people time by encouraging them to call back rather than stay on hold.

Sometimes I think the SOB's give the wrong information or omit telling you about an addition form(s) needed to make work for themselves so you have to call back because the issue hasn't been resolved. BEEP! BEEP! BEEP! in my effing ears with the number on recall for an hour (or more) is sure to create hostility. I dunno what the answer is...perhaps somebody on the phone that knows their arse from their elbow might be a start at correcting the problem.
