The Canadian Landowner Alliance advocates for provincial legislation that recognizes property rights, and, that the Federal Government of Canada enshrines property rights in the Charter of Rights and freedoms.
Big Pharma must giggle in the boardrooms at what they are doing with these concocted "studies" to get their product to market. Once they get Health Canada approval for a drug the liability shifts onto the Canadian taxpayer if/when a problem arises with the approved drug. Until laws are changed to put the financial RESPONSIBILITY back onto the drug makers we can expect more of these false studies to continue.
