ONTARIO'S HAPLESS OPPOSITION

A strong, healthy opposition keeps the government on its toes.
At the provincial level, the Progressive Conservatives are virtually invisible as an opposition.
The NDP? Well, who’s heard of Andrea Horwath leading the charge against the Liberals lately?

  1. There's a story over on therebel.media about yet another incomprehensible decision by Ontario's HRC Star Chamber.

If Brown had the guts to stand up and make an issue of this as just one small example of a completely dysfunctional state, he'd have the vast majority of Ontarians behind him. But he prefers to hide under his crib shivering and shaking and hoping that the Toronto media bogeyman doesn't get him.

  2. Remember those dreadful telegrams mothers used to get during the war years?

    Dear Mrs. Brown,
I regret to inform you that your son Patrick has been missing in action since May 9th, 2015....

  3. It's hunting season and the fat lame ducks are all lined up in a row. But little Patty Brown is too scared of his shotgun's kick to start pulling the trigger.
