Blizzard: In her ongoing attempt to kick-start the second half of her mandate, Premier Kathleen Wynne released “mandate letters,” for all her cabinet ministers Friday, telling them what she expects of them.
As a keen observer of Queen’s Park, I also have some suggestions for Wynne and her cabinet. In the spirit of helpful co-operation, I’m passing along some of my own suggestions Wynne and her ministers to help them govern this province with a modicum of common sense.
