WINDSTORM TEARS THROUGH ONTARIO

About 4,200 Toronto residents are still without power Sunday morning, the dawn of the second day after a windstorm tore through southern Ontario.
Wind gusts reached up to 110 kilometres an hour Friday night, leaving as many as 68,000 customers in the city without power at the peak of the storm.
Etobicoke had the highest number of outages by Saturday afternoon. Toronto Hydro spokesperson Christina Basil said the city wasn’t able to give an estimate on when everyone would have their power back on.
